To set your password

1. Once your account is created, go to the Biz Hub Support Centre and click Forgot your password to set your password.

2. Enter your email address, tick the reCAPTCHA and press the Reset Password button.

An email will be sent to your address with a password reset link. Use the link emailed to you and set a new password. Then use the sign in button to sign in using your email address as your username and your new password.

To raise an issue or request

1. Go to the Biz Hub Support Centre and sign in.
2. From Support Centre -> Home in the menu, click Create New Request.
3. Enter the request details:
Select a Priority and Complexity, and enter a description and upload any screenshots if applicable.
Click Submit. The request will then appear in the list of Current Requests.
